- Specialty Sub/Contractors

- Mechanical/HVAC
- Framing
- Drywall
- Carpentry
- Flooring
- Tiling
- Cabinetry
- Painting
- Kitchens
- Bathrooms
- Windows
- Doors
- Clean outs
- Gutting
- Porches
- Decks
- Fencing
- Landscaping
Please respond with the following information:
- Contractor Type/Services
- Your Hourly Rate (an hourly rate is preferred, as there are multiple properties to be rehabbed)
- Are you Licensed, Bonded and Insured (liability insurance and workers compensation insurance)?
- How many years of experience do you have?
- Do you own the proper tools and equipment?
- What is your availability over the next several months?
- Are you willing to provide referrals from previous clients and jobs?
- Have you ever declared bankruptcy?
- If you are a GENERAL CONTRACTOR, please ALSO provide the following information (in addition to the above):
