FULLTIME CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR / HANDYMAN TO DO MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR PROJECTS IN VARIOUS TRADES FOR A COMMERCIAL BUILDING A construction contractor or handyman is needed full time on a long term basis to perform maintenance and repair projects in various skilled trades on a commercial building. Applicants who are skilled in several trades are preferred, such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and tiling. However, applicants do not need to be skilled in every trade. Please do not apply if you are only skilled at demolition, cleaning, and/or landscaping because none of that type of work is needed. Individuals are strongly preferred. General contracting companies who only subcontract work out (instead of performing the work themselves) and handyman service companies will not be considered.
