Hi! We are looking for a contractor to install a Mini Split AC Unit in a commercial space. First floor, easy roof access, 18000 BTU. The unit will be provided. You will need to install it and flash the lines with the condenser. The space is about 900 sq ft. The distance from the roof to the installation location is about 10 ft. The roof is wooden.
