Gardener Wanted to Take Care of 2 Yards in South Los Angeles City All Year preferably longer if you are good. Property 1. Would you like to take care of this landscaping and take out 3 trash cans every Thursday all year round for $100 per month? In the winter, you won't need to mow the lawn every week, but there is always something that needs to be worked on every week, such as blowing, trimming headges, putting palmtree frans in trash, in the Los Angeles CA 90003. Propery 2. Does not have any grass, but it has bushes that need to be trimmed, and cement than needs to have the clippings and trash blown or swept up one time per month. Also check that the irrigation systems are working at both properties and be able to fix if it needs to be fixed. $35 per month.
