I have a 7 acre property out in south Salem and at least 10 hours a week I routinely need someone to do projects around the house. Currently even more hours as a number of projects backed up. I currently have shelves to put in, rope lights to hang, pictures to put up, a patio to paint and seal, and a garage floor to re-epoxy and seal. I am weekly often needing different things. Be it scrubbing down a patio or installing trim around a window or doing some painting or drywall repairs...I nearly always have a project going. Sometimes it is using our riding lawnmower and mowing other times it may be doing small walkway projects. I am looking for a versatile hourly handyman to help me with these sorts of projects. I prefer hourly only as it avoids any confusion and is straightforward. You have tools, skils, and are reliable. Looking to pay $25-35 hourly.
