This is a serious visual and performance position and not so much a weekend warrior, have fun and hangout drinking beer, thing. It's a be prepared, be fit, be quick, reinvent, redefine, build, be a team player kind of thing. There will be training time like any worth while endeavor and practice required considering the complexity of the tracks for live performance as well as artsy music videos for the current record.
