Established catering company looking for part time staff!
Tasks will include unpacking rental plates/glassware/linens, setting up a buffet or serving plated food, depending on the client's needs, clearing plates, etc.
Friday's event is a dinner with buffet style dinner, and a full bar for 30 people. Approximately 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM, in the Leaburg/Walterville area. Travel there in your own car. Travel time is paid, and gas.
Saturday's event is a fancy lunch with bar for 50 people. Approximately 11:30 to 4:00.
Saturday evening's event is a heavy appetizer party for 30 people, near Hendricks Park. Approximately 5:00 to 9:30 PM.
My clientele are generally wealthy professionals (CEO's, attorneys, doctors, business owners, donors to the University, etc), and they do not smoke.
Reliable transportation is necessary. Food handlers card required. OLCC servers permit is a bonus (but not needed for this event). Black pants, socks, and shoes required. Must be very clean, professional, and experienced with high end events.
Being reliable is extremely important. Many of my clients require us to be fully vaccinated to cater in their office building (RiverBend Hospital and Slocum for example) Therefore makes sense for our team to be fully vaccinated as well (2 doses meets the requirement).
