If you don’t do this for the living, DO NOT CALL! Need a pro, or you will be sent home. Around 3-4 days of work. House has been recently remodeled and needs final touch ups and really pulled together. You need to be able to cut without tape, protect floors and other surfaces and have ALL the TOOLS. Paint will be provided. - Some ceiling/wall lines need to be touched up. - 6 door frames - Few walls 8’x8’ need to be repainted - 3 drywall holes needs to be patch, blended and painted - Good amount of caulking and paint touch ups. - Some light paint prep/sanding - Floor and door trim holes files and touched up
