Need 14 4x6 fence panels installed

I have 14 panels of 4x6 fence on-site that need to be installed (see attached picture of fence panel). You supply the pressure treated posts, concrete, and labor. One straight run of fence. One or two steps down possibly. Posts need to be flush cut with top of fence panels. You must be licensed and bonded and insured. Need the job done this week.
