part time boatwork and labor

need wiry SMALLER younger person with interest in getting into doing boat work. initially supervised labor (i should be able to take care of most mindless cleanup work) then deck work, removing a bulkhead and into fiber-glassing etc. I am over 65 and have a tendency to break easily so need some one for the tight awkward work, and guy on to other side. I will be lazy-labor and gopher.... I cannot promise steady work. would prefer someone who really wants get into working on boats an opportunity for some one who cannot afford the expense of tools and material....
