Our business is growing quickly, and we are in search of a dependable team player to grow with us. We are looking for an accountable person with experience in maintenance, repair, and remodeling. The primary responsibility for this position is performing maintenance, turnover, and remodel work at our apartment properties located in North Seattle, Renton, Kent and Burien. This is a full-time position with great long-term potential as we promote from within. You must have dependable transportation, willing to travel to all properties in King County, have your own hand tools, and have a good attitude. Duties to include: · Troubleshooting and performing routine plumbing, electrical and other repairs · Perform unit turnover work such as painting and general repair work · Remodel work including carpentry, drywall, cabinet installation, tile setting, flooring, minor electrical and plumbing Our compensation is competitive depending on your skills and experience.
