We are a small but established landscape/installation company on Camano Island. We have an overflow of work but not the right employees to get to it all. We are looking for responsible individuals, men and women, who will arrive daily and do their best. We have needs in constructing retaining walls, patios, fences, irrigation systems as well as lawn maintenance. If you have experience in any of these things that's great, if not, we will train anyone willing to work hard and learn. Our company culture is worker friendly, we can work with most any person as long as we are putting out a good product. We especially need someone who would like to have their own routes mowing, weeedeating and hedge trimming for a list of customers. It's nice outdoor work and we don't demand a break-neck pace, we are much more interested in a thorough and detailed A+ job done. We require that you have a current driver's license and do not have a DUI/DWI on your record. We cannot hire hard drug users, junk is always a problem. If we hire you at one rate and you punch above your weight, you can expect us to notice and get you more money to match the value that you bring to the company. Once you get in the swing of things we can hand some customers over to you and the new work that brings in will earn you a bonus. When the company makes more from your labors, you make more. Simple. We have tools and vehicles for work use, but we require that you can get yourself either to the shop or to the work site daily.
