Sanger & Pycha Construction is a family-owned, Chief Agri Dealer located in Scribner, Nebraska. As a Chief Agri dealer, we work with our customers to build grain storage/bins, grain handling and dryers. We work with our farm customers on new installations, repairs and upgrades handling everything from the initial concrete pour to the project completion. We’re hiring for a dependable Millwright – Construction Worker to join our team in Eastern Nebraska about an hour northwest of Omaha. In this role, you will work on new construction and repair of grain legs, drag conveyors, scaffolding, augers, spouting, etc. You will also work on a range of industrial and heavy equipment. We offer a competitive salary based on experience, health insurance, bonuses, and 401K. Responsibilities: Install and repair grain handling equipment and bin erection. Perform welding and basic fabrication Perform basic repairs on heavy equipment Adhere to all safety procedures and policies Work closely with the project manager on ensuring specifications Operate heavy equipment (cranes and trucks) Qualifications: Prior millwright, fabricator, welding and/or construction experience strongly preferred or highly relatable experience Ability to operate heavy equipment Basic mechanical skills Ability to work longer hours during peak projects/seasons Ability to climb extended heights up to 150 feet and regularly lift at least 50lbs Proven ability to be driven and punctual
