Looking for roofers and/or labor to help with roofing job

I'm re-roofing my house, this weekend. I'll be ripping the roof on Friday, 8/12/22. Then I'll start putting the new roof on that evening or the next day. I will pay based upon experience and if you have tools. Experienced roofers with tools will get $27.50/hr, with a $50 bonus if the job is done fast. I'll pay labor $15-$22/hr based on experience and whether you have tools. The roof is 24 square, shingled, and low slope on a single-story house. I'm looking for labor for the ripping and labor and/or roofers for the re-roofing. The roofing supplies are being delivered onto the roof. So, you will NOT have to haul materials up the ladder. Roofing jobs don't honestly get a lot easier and safer than this job. I just need some more hands.
