Today I went to Animal Aid. I dropped my pet off with "hacky cough cough" at the front desk.
My pickup time was 3pm. I called early & spoke to "hacky cough" with some products I needed to pick up. I stressed to please have everything ready when I picked up. I received a call from "hacky" prior to my arrival for a "phone check out" again makeing sure all would be ready. Upon my arrival at 4pm nothing was ready. The person I was checking out with was the MANAGER. She asked whom had I spoken to. I pointed to "hacky cough" as she was who I checked in with in the morning & spoke to on phone calls. Hacky cough just starred at me & then proceeded to just walk away.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ANIMAL AID you lost a long time customer.
