Hourly contracted position $25 to $40 per hour doa. Hours are flexible depending on your time available and skills, maintaining and managing several rental properties in and around Saranac Lake. Work includes regular scheduled maintenance including lawn care and maintaining common area spaces. There is a to do list of maintenance items such as painting and repairs including plumbing, electrical and and carpentry and remodeling. This can be more than one person. A few hours a week or 40 plus. If you'd like a slower pace and work a few hours a week or a few hours a day that can work. If remodeling and renovation is in your skill set, that can be a job in itself. There are some projects that can be subcontracted out for a bid price. We also need someone steady for day in day out property management. Pay is between $25 and $40 per hours depending your skills, tools, and ability to get things done. Requires your own vehicle and hand tools, reliable transportation, and a back ground check. This is a contract position in which you must have handyman or liability.
