Looking for Rhythm / Lead Guitarist and Bassist

Due to some re-arranging of our band, we are looking for both a versatile guitarist and bassist to join us. We would like, if possible, to find a guitarist that can play both rhythm and lead and is willing to split those two duties with the current guitarist. We are a very close-knit group of guys who have been playing all types of music for many years and our primary goal is to have fun as we both rehearse and play gigs. We do not schedule a lot of gigs but do perform on average about once every two months. The band specializes in many styles to include oldies, classic rock, 80's pop, blues, and classic country. Our preferences for a new member include professional experience, you being ok with an average of 1 gig per 2 months, a few freebies now and then for free advertising, bandmate-related events, etc., and even a rehearsal in the neighborhood park every now and then for fun. We are currently a 4-piece group consisting of drums, guitarist (covering for both rhythm & lead), keyboardist (covering for bass player), and saxophonist (enables us to expand our repertoire quite a bit). Finally, we perform in the KC metro area to include Jackson, Johnson, Wyandotte, and Leavenworth counties and are open to expanding the area of the right gig comes up.
