We are seeking a lead driver for immediate employment. Must have a drivers license to apply. Daily operations out of Linden, Roselle & Piscataway. NO experience is needed. Full time or Part time Available. 3 day paid training to see if were a good fit for each other. We are looking for a high-energy, reliable, and productive person to join our team. You will be performing daily operations for junk removal services within Central NJ. Our trucks are easy to drive and automatics. Job Duties and Responsibilities ● We work as a team! Be responsible for all on-site operations and direction of all junk removal crew members. We train you to reach your maximum potential. ● Lead your own day’s schedule and operations without supervision ● Willing to lead and help teams with removal of junk from business's and residential homes. ● Field operations including safe, courteous, and situational awareness around all operations ● Responsible for all truck operations on all jobs ● Have the ability to interact with customers making them feel safe and comfortable by aligning with the "WOW!"- level customer service we are based on ● Onsite selling, job estimates and customer care Skills and Qualifications: ● Valid Driver’s License. ● Be able to lift 75 pounds; ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours a day; ability to stoop, bend, crouch and crawl ● Leadership/supervisory skills a plus ● Job Type: Part-time with Full-Time potential Competitive salary based on experience plus Tips.
