Description
Seeking a fulltime person with maintenance skills for buildings, mostly apartments. The person must be legal to work in the US, have a driver license and a reliable vehicle, basic tools, speak English fluently, and experience working at properties in Union County, NJ.
Tasks include basic building maintenance, troubleshooting, responses to tenants needs, move-ins and move-outs. Must be experienced with tools and equipment. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is a plus.
Can be live-in or not.
