3-5 years construction experience preferred Solid understanding of construction practices including but not limited to steel stud framing Ability to read and understand official permitted building plans, following all codes and general building practices. Accurately provide material lists and take-offs from blueprints/building plans Problem solving mindset Ability to work alongside other subcontractors Company Payroll, Lodging, Per Diem, Vehicle and Gas reimbursed.
