Found black sm-med (approx 15lbs) black w/small amt white, very friendly. We did take him to Pasco animal services to scan for a chip, unfortunately he did not have a chip. He is currently with a neighbor as we search for his owner. Call to identify, this dog will only be release to someone that can prove ownership.
