Equinox Village, Manchester, Vermont's premier retirement community is seeking part-time or full-time servers for lunch (10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.), dinner (4 - 9 p.m.) & Sunday brunch (10 a.m. - 3 p.m.). This is a year-round position with both part-time and full-time availability. We are willing to train. Pay will commensurate with experience starting at $16/hour up to $25/hour. This would be actual pay rate, no daily tips. There is an end of the year bonus based on performance and time with the company. Health and Dental Insurance, plus paid-time off are available with a full-time position. We are willing to be flexible with the schedule. - The Full-time position will include two days off per week. Again, willing to be flexible around your schedule and needs. Tasks: - Service prep - Table setting prep - Table service - Order placement - Communication with patrons as well as coworkers - Teamwork - Room delivery - Kitchen and Dining Room clean up after dining service Skills: - Fine dining service etiquette - Experience in an upscale restaurant as a server - Polite, friendly & professional communication - Conscientious & hard-working - Attentive to detail - Reliable - Team player - Ability to provide a high level of customer service Requirements: - Experience as a server in an upscale dining environment is a plus - Willing to learn is necessary for those without any or much waitstaff experience - Background check - Reliable transportation to and from work - COVID Vaccination is Required Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
