I am looking to bring on 3 more property locators We are looking for distressed properties throughout Memphis, Cordova, and Bartlett. There are many signs of property in distress such as overgrown weeds/grass/trees, Cluttered houses, boarded-up houses, Vacant houses, houses needing repair, etc. I pay $1,000 per house that we buy and close on. There is no limit per month, the more property you refer to use the more we can potentially close on. Our top property finder is making 7,000-10,000 per month. This is not an hourly position. Pay is per referral that we buy. This would be ideal for someone that does instacart, GrubHub, doordash, etc., or if you just have a lot of time to be driving/walking looking for property.
