Cover Band Starting - Something Corporate/Jack's Mannequin

I am starting a cover band for all things Andrew McMahon including his work with Something Corporate and Jack's Mannequin. About me: piano player with a Nord keyboard. I also play a smattering of other instruments. Music Studio: I have an in home music studio with 32 channel mixer, full PA system, wireless in ear system (you just need in ears or headphones) My goal is to start up by September with a goal to perform out by next spring. All positions aside from piano are open!
