Sales Position Overview: Generates new customer sales. Receives inbound calls from qualified prospects and assists with service contract plans. Performs data entry of contract plans and customer information into the computer system. Job Duties: ● Answer inbound telephone calls to inform customers and help them with understanding the different auto and home warranty packages. ● Product Knowledge ● Communicate professionally with customers per the script provided in training. ● Promote the benefits, coverage, and terms of products to customers. ● Update our CRM after each call with notes ● Organizational Skill & Attention to detail ● Meet sales goals and weekly quotas ● Maintain a positive attitude Skills Preferred: ● Previous home or auto warranty experience is a great starting point ● Additional Compensation may be available for active CA P&C License ● Strong attention to detail ● Customer service/call center background ● Previous administrative related experience is a plus ● De-escalation techniques ● Typing speed of 40+ wpm
