Hardscape Team Manager - Our Team Member will work with both our hardscape & landscaping team. The Team Manager will be responsible for: Responsibilities: - Quoting Hardscape & Landscape Jobs - Completing Hardscape & Landscape Jobs - Quality control of scheduled jobs - Ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner & clients are satisfied Qualifications: - Valid driver’s license (clean driving record - so can be on the company insurance) - 4+ years of Hardscape experience including but not limited to: Paver patios, concrete driveways, walkways, fire places & more Benefits: - Competitive Pay ($25 hour / Salary Option / Bonus / Job Profit Sharing) - Quarterly Bonus - Paid Time Off - Opportunity for Growth & Pay Increase - Great Company Culture
