We have the permits for a remodel and addition project to start in 2 weeks. The existing house is 720 SF will need everything! All new electrical, plumbing, central heat and air, kitchen, bathroom, windows, doors, living and 2 rooms. The exterior will be all new siding and house painted. The addition will be 500 SF with 1 bathroom, master bedroom, with large laundry room added to the existing house. We have a set of blue prints for project and building permit has been pulled. We are seeking professional company or tradesmen to handle all labor aspects. All the materials will be purchased and delivered to the site to make your job much easier. Requirements are you must have a reliable crew, no laborers only Skilled tradesmen to install and know how to do your job correctly. House will be open for 7 days a week so you can work everyday from 7am to 9pm if you like. This will be a B2B contract and we will need a copy of ID, TIN #, EIN # or Social # for payroll.
