401K plans, Most are Total Rip Off's

I worked at a company for over 4 years and contributed 4% and the company contributed 2%. Whatever they invested 401K money in lost 5% over the years. I recently left the company and when I went to get my money the company kept the 4% they had added claiming althoguh I worked the the minimum 3 years to be fully invested but since I only worked part time they get to keep their portion so I lost the $600 they put in. And to top it off the 401K stock lost money so also lost $200 on the money I put in. God Fucking Damn, I'll never invest in a 401K again as long as I live.
