Looking for a skilled handyman in the Killeen area. This position requires: Ability to do sheetrock, drywall, painting, light bulb/fluorescent tube replacement, ceiling tile replacement, some plumbing/toilet filler valves, flapper valves, etc…as well as some portering, clean-up and other general maintenance around a commercial property. This will be a part-time job, pay will be commensurate with skill level and will pay a retainer for on-call service during and after hours in emergency situations.
