Hello this is your friendly neighborhood taekwondo martial arts instructor and I will be giving two free classes at MacArthur Park and Lafayette Park so any men women or children that wish to learn come and get your free lessons this Sunday or Saturday and we can talk about my rates as well as get a lot of you signed up with violence on the rise here in Los Angeles I'm willing to teach any and every Asian Latino or black or white person anybody who wants to learn I'm willing to teach lgbtq friendly and I also give yoga classes on Sundays if you wish to if you wish to participate in my yoga classes or Tai Chi classes those will be on Sundays one to two and two to three please contact me for more info
