General Labor - Outside, Inside - Part time work

Looking for someone who can do some yard work as well as a little inside work when needed. We need someone who can show up reliably take out the trash and recycling every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Yard work will consist of mowing, edging, weed eat and weeding a small lawn and property. You will also be assigned other small tasks when needed such as blowing off sidewalks, porch's, property pick up, cleaning of flat roofs and etc when needed. Pay is $17 and hour to start with the possibility to go up to $18 after a month or two if you do well. Pay could also go to up $20 an hour if you have other skills that we can use.
