Chippewa Valley Foundations in is looking for wall laborers. We have been in the poured wall & flatwork business since 1991. We typically close down for all or part of the winter months and therefore pay Unemployment Insurance. Work starts at 7 am most days, but occasionally will start earlier. We provide transportation to/from the job site; most tools are also provided. Most of our projects are local, but occasionally you will be required to do a night or two out of town. We average 40-50 hours, 5 days per week with an occasional Saturday. We do not work Holidays. Qualifications: Candidates must be physically capable of completing various tasks associated with pouring and finishing concrete flat work and walls. Ability to work in extreme weather conditions. A strong work ethic. Must have good character and attitude; the type of person that people enjoy being around, work with and like to follow. Local work -- majority of jobs within 40 miles of Eau Claire. Mostly residential with some commercial work consisting mostly pouring 4', 8' 10' 12' walls. Retirement plan with a percentage match. Starting wage $17-$25 an hour based on experience and willingness to learn/work. CDL is big plus.
