Part-Time Cleaner

I am looking for a cleaner for my 3BR, 2BA 1,200 sqft short term vacation rental in Savannah, Georgia. Typically, cleanings will need to be completed 1-3 times per week. I believe this job would be great for someone with the following qualities: -A flexible schedule Often times, I need someone to complete a cleaning within 24 hour's notice. -Attention to detail I will guide you to look out for the most important areas of concern if necessary. -Growth mindset A willingness to learn and grow is much more important than experience. In fact, it's completely okay if you have no cleaning experience whatsoever, as long as you're willing to learn. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me with any questions that you have. Here's a general idea of some of the tasks that I'd like to be completed for the short term rental cleanings: -Photo / video take time stamped photos and videos of the unit before and after your cleaning job. -Trash take out to waste bin if necessary. -Inspection: Check for missing / damaged items, and compare current property condition to last updated timestamped photos. -Object placement: Things may be out of place after guests’ stay, and you may need to move things back into their original position. -Laundry Laundry will need to be taken to the laundromat every turnover. I will pay for all expenses related to cleaning sheets, linens, towels, etc. -Refilling consumables Things like coffee pods, dishwashing pods, soaps, shampoos, and conditioner will need to be replaced every turnover.
