singer/songwriter looking for musicians

My name's Darcy Gray. I'm a female singer and songwriter. I'm seeking a guitarist, bassist, drummer, and keyboardist for an unpaid collaboration. I've written about 15 songs (lyrics and chords on the piano) and am hoping to collaborate with other musicians in the DC area to bring them to life. The ultimate goal would be to record an album in the next year. I have been practicing as a vocalist on and off for about 20 years and have been writing songs for the past 10. My writing is mostly influenced by jazz/pop/show tunes/indie/fun with a dash of rock and roll. My songs are about love, life and the human condition. I have access to a large practice space in NE DC. I have a full-time job so practice hours would need to be in the evenings or on the weekends.
