Pay: $19-23/hour Hours: Dayshift (on-call for emergencies) Type: Full-time and Part-time Available. Consistent work, bi-weekly paycheck. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision + 401(k) Match + Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays Location: Multiple properties throughout Pittsburgh (we reimburse mileage) **Must have reliable vehicle** Responsibilities - Maintain commercial properties including, but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, drywall, carpentry, and HVAC - Grounds and common area clean up - Preventative maintenance - Emergency on-call services - Other projects as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate Requirements - Must be eligible to work in the United States - Must have a personal and reliable mode of transportation - Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance - Must be able to work in confined spaces as well as ascend and descend ladders and staircases - Any additional certification (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) is an advantage Goals - Deliver world-class customer service despite gender, race, age, or sexual orientation of tenants More about Birgo We take care of our hardworking, competent team by providing opportunities for professional growth.
