Our dog Stu got out of the car around 102nd and NE Halsey near I-84 off ramp on 8/9 around 8 pm. Ran west. Light brown with white markings and big ears, around 12 pounds. Very friendly but probably super scared. We are devastated. Big reward for his safe return!
