Stolen white Kia Rio. 2013 Kia Rio, white, 4 dr, OR 898 GFD stolen 8/9 between 3pm and 4:15pm near PCC Cascade and Peninsula Park. Will have broken drivers side window and messed-up steering column, otherwise no bumper stickers or distinguishing damage. Was last seen 8/9 around 3:30pm, being driven erratically by a "young" male along Commercial and then Haight in N Portland, picked up another person but then cops didn't continue to follow after that.
