Handyman/Caretaker needed. We have an old house, kids and a busy lifestyle. We need a partner to help us maintain, handle small projects including replacing broken faucets, storm door repair/replacement, outdoor caulking, pressure washing etc. We’d like to reserve 10-15 hours a month--ON YOUR SCHEDULE—at $35/hour. We will have 10-15 hours every month and lots of friends/neighbors that will pay you 2x our bulk rate for one off work. Please contact me with you interest, availabilty, and 2 references.
