Sweet cat for rehoming

This is Mario. He’s a tuxedo big boi, with long fur and a loud purr. He is a sweetheart and such a mama’s boy. He loves to sleep on my shoulder at night, or lay by my feet while I’m working. Even though we love him dearly, he needs to find a new home that does not have other cats or dogs. We have other cats and he has started marking his territory because of it, which is the reason we are rehoming him. He is good with kids (I have three) though he will probably be shy at first and need a little quiet time to adjust. He is neutered and has all of his claws. I’m asking a small rehoming fee of $25 to make sure he goes to a good home.
