Framing, Drywall, Ductwork, and Finishing. Let me know what you have experience with and when you can start and also please include an estimated bid. I know you want to see it first but I'm not interested in having 20 people come bid on it so the more detail you can provide me the more I'll be interested in working with you. You should be able to give me a rough estimate and once you see it you can modify upfront if needed. This is for an exercise room. The Room Size is 16" x 11.5" Framing needed with 2 doors and No Windows. (1 door goes to a utility room and 1 goes under the stairway. Some of the framing is already completed for example stairway but the doorframe may need to be modified. See pictures for details. Hang, Tape, and Texture Drywall Run Ductwork for AC Vent.
