We are currently hiring candidates for evening Commercial Cleaning Crew Lead/Supervisor positions for our Fort Collins area. Full time positions are eligible for benefits including health insurance. Shift Available: - Monday-Friday 5:30pm-2:00am, overtime may be required - Sunday-Thursday 5:30pm-2:00am, overtime may be required Pay: $20/hr to start, potential to earn up to 40k annually with overtime! Mileage Reimbursement provided as well *WHO YOU ARE* Hard-working Looking for a career or a long term position Enjoys training, coaching, and developing team members Goal-oriented Has seen at least one Sci-Fi movie Able to work independently Responsible, someone who can show up to work everyday Can take charge of a situation Punctual, someone who can arrive on time and stay at work Multi-task so well that plate spinners look on with awe *WHAT YOU WILL DO* Efficiently working throughout the entire work shift (Training, checking buildings, delivering supplies, cleaning buildings) Maximizing the quality of service we deliver to our customers and presenting a good company image (building inspections) Ensuring employees have supplies and equipment needed Minimizing accidents with people and property Train, Coach, and Develop team members Capturing opportunities for additional work. (Carpet cleaning, floor work, maintenance items) Continuously looking for way to improve efficiency, quality and customer service. *WHAT YOU WILL BE MEASURED ON* Good attendance record Great customer feedback Internal inspections scores 8+ for all buildings assigned to you Adherence to hours (you and your team members) Accidents and damage kept to a minimum Recommend and implement at least 2 new significant improvement ideas per year Team members trained to competency - zero complaints because team member didn't know what to do, how to do it, or didn't have proper equipment Supplies are continually stocked and ordered timely *REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION* Must have a reliable means for transportation, and a valid driver license Must be willing to consent to/pass a drug and background screen to include marijuana Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand while moving around for 7-10 hours at a time Desire to be a part of something larger than yourself Strong work ethic and desire for long-term employment Works hard but also like to have FUN while getting things done!
