Male budgie parakeet. Very light in color: white with light gray markings, and a light blue/aqua breast. The area above his beak (cere) is blue. He has pink legs and feet. His name is Romeo. He is a special boy and must come home. If you see him try to take pics and send to me and also please try to contain him.
