We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and implementation. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Maintain a safe and clean job site Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Coordinate and direct independent testings and inspections as required Raise and discuss relevant issues at weekly construction meetings Prepare detailed construction schedule. Monitor and maintain said schedule on a weekly basis Qualifications: Custom Home Building Experience is a must Excellent organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills Must have understanding of construction terms, scheduling and planning concepts Ability to communicate with design professionals, customers and subcontractors Deadline and detail-oriented
