Qualimed Respiratory & Mobility Inc. is a family owned and operated Durable Medical Equipment operation. Since 1999 Qualimed has been providing Medical Equipment to the greater Central Florida area.
The current position available is for a Full Time Delivery Technician in Winter Haven, FL. (Must live within reasonable distance)
Duties would include but not be limited to:
-Deliveries; assembling and explaining medical equipment to patients and caregivers (Company vehicle would be used)
-Disinfecting/Processing equipment in a warehouse setting
-Maintaining and organizing company vehicle
-Following accreditation guidelines as instructed by our governing bodies
-Assemble and instruct customers on equipment provided
-On call rotation will need to be available 24/7 for emergencies during the rotation period. This is MANDATORY. Every 3-4 weeks!
-Overtime and flexibility
The ideal candidate will need to be well organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated.
Requirements:
-High school Diploma or Equivalent
-Must be 21 years of age to meet insurance requirements for driving
-Clean Background REQUIRED (must be able to pass a LEVEL 2 background check or you are ineligible for this position)
-Clean Driving Record
-Ability to lift up to approx. 75lbs
-Preferred DME/HME experience but not necessary for the appropriate candidate. Pay range dependent upon experience level.
