Let It Grow, Inc. has an immediate opening for a full-time foreman who has experience in landscape services. This role will help to support our service and maintenance division. We prefer highly skilled, motivated candidates who will work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. This individual will be responsible for safely and efficiently overseeing accounts with assistance from the Project Manager. Applicant will be providing quality landscape services that meet or exceed the standards of our clients and our company. Let It Grow’s main office is located in River Edge, NJ with a service and maintenance facility in Clifton, NJ. This position would primarily work in the 5 Boroughs of NYC. Duties: - Manage physical labor, materials and equipment on all projects - Review and execute work orders with service project manage on daily basis - Participate and lead team effort to complete jobs safely within a budgeted time frame - Report any and all concerns with service accounts to his/ her service manager - Handle company trucks, equipment and tools safely - Maintain cleanliness and care in usage, storage and transport of all equipment - Keep job sites clean and safe Requirements: - 2+ years of landscape maintenance foreman experience is a MUST - 2+ years of construction experience is a preferred - Ability to be a strong team leader - Demonstrate safe operation of equipment with familiarity using landscaping tools and equipment - Must be able to operate a truck and trailer - OSHA 30 and NYCDOB SST 10 is a HUGE plus - Professionalism, punctuality, reliability and neatness - Ability to listen and follow instructions while maintaining a good attitude - Organized and ability to multi-task and time management - Follows workplace and vehicle safety procedures consistently - Valid driver’s license with clean driving record - Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) and snow plowing experience a plus - A believer in the “today” and not tomorrow philosophy
