Handyman/Full Time - (Bronx) Compensation: $19.00 per hour to start, 32BJ union benefits including health insurance after 90 day trial period employment type: full-time job title: Handyman Handyman needed for apartment repairs and maintenance. Must have proof of Covid Vaccination. Must have full knowledge of plumbing/heating repairs and be able to handle general building maintenance. Knowledge of drywall, carpentry and electric also required. Must work in an efficient manner to get tasks done in a timely fashion. Candidate will be paid for a 40 hour week and the schedule will include Saturday as a normal work day. You will be off Sunday and Monday. Work shift from 8am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch. The position starts with a 90 day trial period. This will lead to permanent employment if you meet with the approval of the manager at the end of this period.
