Landscape help wanted

Small landscape company looking to hire full time help. Really need help for the fall but can start ASAP. Starting pay is $20/hour. If you have any landscaping or equipment experience we can negotiate higher pay. Ideally looking for good help but if any candidates are looking for a partnership I would be open to that. All work on the south shore mainly Marshfield but also Duxbury to Hanover. I’m 32, equipment is new and nice, I am running a full scale landscape business but reliable help has not worked out.
