Has been flying around the building looking scared, hopping from windowsill to windowsill. Doesn't look hurt. Looks very clean and taken care of. Feet look in great condition as well, so I've assumed it was someones pet. Put out a container or water and some sesame seed bread. If this is your bird. It's flying around the Author Ave/Crotona Park area.
