Saw this black male cat hanging around 3rd Ave and 93rd street. He’s very sweet and allows you to pet him. Has a collar, but no tag. I asked a few people in the area and they said it wasn’t anyones cat and that he hangs around that street. He seems to have a bit of skin irritation and an eye infection. Will be taking him to the vet in a few days if no one claims him.
