Hello! Im looking to welcome another parrot into my home. I currently have a sun conure but am looking for a ringneck, amazon, macaw, or african grey but am open to other offers. Im mainly interested in a medium sized bird that talks :) I have a budget of about $400 but am a bit flexible.
